Shawn’s wealth of knowledge on the mortgage process helped us understand the ins and outs of getting a loan for our first house. I worked with 3 people who were all really great to work with. Shawn, Kathleen and Amanda helped me through all the paperwork and the lengthy E-signing process. I am pretty good on a computer but I messed up a few things along the way but everyone was so patient and kind to me so I never felt rushed or pressured to meet my deadlines. Kathleen logged on with me one night and we were able to finish all of my paperwork and had a few laughs as well. This was my first home purchase and I did so without using an agent. Because of that, it was a very nerve racking experience so I was very particular about who I wanted to work with.
